Symphony to teach at GSA-UK’s Upcoming RPA Workshop

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is rapidly gaining a foothold in leading enterprises. However, confusion still lingers on the implementation process. The Global Sourcing Association (formerly known as the National Outsourcing Association) is working with Symphony to host an RPA workshop to help participants clear up confusion and gain a practical understanding of best practices. The workshop will take place in London on October 19th from 9am – 5pm. There, participants can expect to learn the critical facets of RPA implementation, taught by Symphony’s RPA and sourcing experts. The following material will be covered through presentations, case studies, practical exercises, and more:

  • What is RPA and how does it compare with other automation initiatives
  • What are different approaches to leveraging RPA
  • How does RPA actually work in practice
  • Who are the vendors in the market and how do you decide which is best for you
  • How do you identify good candidate processes to automate, and build a business case
  • How do you plan a successful RPA initiative, including managing the change
  • How should global enterprises build an RPA CoE and effective long term governance
