Symphony to Discuss Advent of Robotic BPO with ADP and HfS during Upcoming Webinar

CEO David Poole and Head of Strategy Ian Barkin to join HfS and ADP to address how enterprises capitalize on the opportunities enabled by robotic BPO (R-BPO)
Symphony will be hosting a live webinar with Horses for Sources (HfS) on the emergence of robotics in the business process outsourcing (BPO) market this Friday, July 15 at 10:00 AM EDT.
The webinar, titled “The Advent of R-BPO: Is the Future of BPO Robotic?” will address the potential for the $322 billion BPO industry to become distinctly robotic as software agents are able to replicate, and improve on, the labor arbitrage model while delivering higher accuracy and lower risk. Participants will discuss whether R-BPO will become the new normal for business service engagements, as well as the opportunities and options available to enterprises today. They will also speak to

  • The rationale for bringing automation in house, versus implementing with BPO service providers
  • The opportunity to leverage the emerging R-BPO suppliers rather than renewing with legacy providers
  • The potential of combining RPA, AI and human experts in delivering “as a Service” solutions
  • What the future will look like as digitally native businesses emerge and traditional enterprises struggle to transform their legacy operating models and IT infrastructures

The discussion will be led by David Poole, CEO, Symphony; Ian Barkin, Head of Strategy, Symphony; Johnny Ramondino, Senior Director, Product Marketing, ADP; and Phil Fersht, CEO, Horses for Sources.
