We are pleased to announce that two nominees from Symphony were honored at the 5th annual Global Sourcing Association Professional awards held at the Hilton Deansgate hotel in Manchester, UK on May 11th. Best practice and innovation were rewarded and celebrated as the efforts of inspiring individuals and teams who have achieved outstanding success through sourcing in 2016/17 were duly recognized.
Pascal Baker, Chief Client Officer was named the ‘2017 Digital Champion of the Year’. The Digital Champion of the Year recognizes an individual who delivers both initial and ongoing business value in leading a digital strategy for clients. Pascal has been helping enterprises develop digital workforces to automate processes and tasks leveraging digital tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He is a passionate advocate for the Symphony’s Future of Work Accelerator (FoWA), which enables enterprises to decipher, design and quantify the impact of a digital ecosystem of tools. Andrew Burgess, Strategic Advisor, was named the ‘2017 Automation Champion of the Year.’ The Automation Champion of the Year recognizes an individual who demonstrates continuous service innovation and a commitment to the future of the automation industry. Andrew has been at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence and global automation discussions, and has guided and developed best practices across the automation sector.
