Summary

We are recruiting a number of Business Analysts (BA) roles at various levels during this exciting period of rapid growth. At Symphony, the BA is a champion of change and an advocate for meaningful client transformation. The BA will assist in identifying potential areas of impact, building relationships, analyzing client environments, documenting processes and interpreting information in order to craft and introduce creative and inspired operating models. The BA is on the front line, truly driving hard to make every Symphony account a shining example of how work can be done. This role provides great opportunities in this rapidly growing start up.


You will:

  • Lead interviews and workshops with diverse client stakeholder groups
  • Digest requirements providing clear, concise and objective analysis
  • Document requirements and process flows (existing and future state)
  • Confidently challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions
  • Look at things differently and always drive innovation
  • Excel at capturing and communicating both technical and business information
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across a client’s organization
  • Adeptly liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate stakeholders and sponsors to make a preferred solution decision
  • Assist in the implementation of the chosen solution and ensure extraordinary results

You will have:

  • Formal background in Systems Analysis or Business Analysis
  • Experience with process modelling, preferably within a toolkit such as ARIS, Bizagi, iGrafx, or TIBCO
  • An ability to elicit requirements from a variety of audiences and a passion for flawless documentation
  • Understanding and experience of a variety of project management methodologies covering the full software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Agile development and software development best practices
  • At least an undergraduate degree (preferably in business or computer science)

Extra points awarded for:

  • Experience implementing Robotic Process Automation tools
  • Work performed within a Shared Services, Global Business Services or BPO environment
  • Success working on a BPO transition and transformation effort
  • A track record of growing accounts and cross-selling additional services
  • Self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a team without constant supervision
  • Intensity to drive effective change in as short a period as possible
  • Strong time management, organizational and meeting skills
