BPO innovators at it again with launch of Symphony Ventures: This time, ‘disruption’ is the name of the game
Experienced BPO executives announce that they have pooled their 70+ years of industry experience and perspective to found Symphony Ventures. With its mission to “Orchestrate the world’s work”, Symphony is set to fundamentally change the way businesses approach optimization by leveraging modern work types, giving firms more flexibility, more quality, more insight and freeing up capital to reinvest in growth.
Work is changing drastically as a result of automation, re-shoring, crowd-sourcing, and further creative solutions, some yet to be created. Enterprises have never before had such a rich and complex set of options for optimization, transformation and innovation. Pressure for action has never been greater. To date, when trying to optimize operations, reduce costs and increase quality, the choice has always been to outsource: adopting a vendor’s people, platforms, locations, and problems, or insource: requiring the creation of shared services centers and the development of internal platforms, locations and capabilities. In both cases, flexibility is constrained as soon as a decision is made. It’s still about large teams of people performing routine and repetitive tasks.
“We know there’s a better way. We’ve started Symphony to help our clients on that journey.”Co-founder and CEO David Poole.
“For too long, companies have had limited options,” said, co-founder and CEO David Poole. ” We know there’s a better way. We’ve started Symphony to help our clients on that journey.”
Rather than acting as a service provider set on creating restrictive solutions, Symphony orchestrates a rich set of work types that are forever adapting and changing to suit an enterprise. This is all made possible through Symphony’s SAVO™ Methodology – designed to Simplify processes, Automate all possible tasks, Virtualize work requiring judgment and human perception, and Orchestrate the dynamic work equation. In this way, Symphony creates the truly innovative freedom that enterprises require in order to adapt. What’s more, using the SAVO™ approach, companies unleash significantly more resources for use in strategic initiatives.
In short, Symphony leverages modern work types, giving firms more flexibility, more quality, more insight and freeing up capital to reinvest in growth.
